At this year’s edition of Gov Ball, Kanye’s set was cancelled due to the rain. Well if he really were God, why couldn’t he control the weather? Nothing was going to come in the way of Pablo and his fans. Last minute, he announced that he would play at Webster Hall, creating a full mob and almost-riots in the East Village. While the show never went on, he did drive by and wave to his fans in the middle of the night.
