Daily Style Phile: Star Wars Siren Daisy Ridley

She recently gained publicity for her role as Rey in the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but Daisy collected a few small acting projects under her filmography belt before her big breakout role in the iconic intergalactic franchise. -In 2013, she starred in two short projects: Lifesaver, an interactive app and website about saving people's lives, and Blue Season, a sci-fi thriller about a girl (Ridley), who wakes up to find herself hanging upside down and must escape with only the help of a stranger. -Ridley has also briefly appeared in a fair share of British television shows, including Casualty (2013), Youngers (2013), Toast of London (2013), Silent Witness (2014), and Mr Selfridge (2014), alongside Entourage star Jeremy Piven. -She was supposed to star in The Inbetweeners 2, but due to her filming commitments with Star Wars, her scenes were cut from the film.
