Bo Blair is the owner of some of DC's most popular restaurants and bars. His restaurants include Bayou, Surfside, Something Sweet and Jetties as well as Smith Point, Georgetown's list-only bar. He also is the mastermind behind Truckeroo, the monthly gathering of food trucks and live entertainment.
