7. Ermenegildo Zegna hires Stefano Pilati, former creative director of Yves Saint Laurent. Pilati will take over design for the men's line, the Ermenegildo Zegna Couture collection, and the brand's women's line, Agnona. The Italian designer left YSL in March after months of speculation over his job security. Pilati's new role as creative director at Ermenegildo Zegna is effective January 1st. [HuffingtonPost]
