Hermes vs. LVMH
6. Hermes announced today that they filed a complaint against LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton on July 10. Hermes is accusing LVMH, the world's biggest luxury group, of insider trading and manipulating stock prices. The complaint comes after LVMH increased its percent stake in Hermes to 22.3%. Now LVMH is saying they plan to file a counter complaint for blackmail, slander and illegal competition. [HuffingtonPost]
