Bunny Tail Truffles Ingredients 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened 4-5 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon almond extract 2-3 cups sweetened coconut Directions 1. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. 2. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until mixture is a thick dough. Hint: if mixture is too stick to form 1-inch ball, add more sugar. 3.
