Wildberry Cheesecake
You won't even be able to tell that you're having a slice of vegan cheesecake.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups almond meal
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 cups raw unsalted cashews
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen (use extra if fresh)
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
