Having served stints at El Bulli, the Fat Duck, and WD-50 in New York, you can rest assured that everything that comes out of Chef Gianluigi Bonelli’s kitchen is creative and enticing to all your senses. Inspired by the concept of a flower composition, the restaurant itself is an explosion of colors and concepts, with a fairly conservative dining room complimented by the aptly named Eden, Heaven, and Hell rooms to cater to different moods. This goes hand in hand with Chef Bonelli’s progressive cuisine which features “playful but intelligent” plates that revolve around a theme. For example, the ‘Vapore’ set was designed for health conscious eaters, where each of the 8 dishes were all cooked with water or steamed. On the other side of the spectrum, the ‘Sweet’ menu offered 6 courses described as “the ultimate dream for dessert lovers”. The themed menu sets changes every month, so you will never get bored when you go back for seconds. Click HERE for more info! [Photo via]
