An acronym for Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden—FINDS stands for everything Nordic. Headed by Jaakko Sorsa—who also happens to be the Chairman of the prestigious Disciples Escoffier Grande Chine—this restaurant has managed to pass the Hong Kong culinary test of time. Its ‘Scapas’ or Scandinavian tapas introduce tastes and textures of the familiar (Swedish meatballs) to the not-so-familiar (Smoked salmon mousse). Socially conscious eaters will appreciate the sustainable menu they have on offer, while carnivores will enjoy indulging in FINDS’ seafood-centric mains. Their fun cocktails are a wonderful compliment to their creative menu, which also happens to be very healthy.
