Priced at $4.8 billion dollars, this 295-foot yacht can accommodate 10 people and has all the features anyone would want in a tropical getaway. Waterfall? Check. Volcano, swimming pool, and beach 'cove'? Check, check, check. It also comes equipped with a bar area, VIP rooms with a balcony, a private spa, and a helicopter landing pad.
