This white rum made with the help of Please Don't Tell (PDT) bartender Jim Meehan is created with more than 20 kinds of rum from five different countries aged for three to 12 years . The flavors of the islands (Jamaica, Trinidad, Indonesia, Guyana, and Barbados) give it a tropical herbal note and a spicy pepper side. Using this white rum in one's cocktails will give an amateur the confidence of a bartender at PDT.
