How have you seen Montauk change and evolve over the years? For better or for worse?
Every town across the country has changed with the times, adapting to changing demographics and needs, and Montauk is definitely not immune. Every local likes to complain about the traffic or the crazy partiers, but when it comes down to it the community depends on those visitors so it's a love/hate relationship. Just like anywhere. It's all about finding the balance and helping visitors understand the true beauty of the East End year round. There are some new faces and new places but the surf breaks still fire on good days and the Ditch Witch is still keeping us nourished so life is good.
