Take a surf lesson with Montauk Boardriders. They know what they're doing.
A fishwich and a short at The Dock. I recommend checking out the bathroom.
Also dinner at Harvest is a must. If you're looking for sushi be sure to check ENE/Salivar's/West Lake or Inlet.
Or better yet grab a copy of Whalebone. There's a few good recommendations in there hopefully. Nice guide linked here.
