[Photo via] You're really not in Ireland. Really. So a very quick thing I learned during my first trip to Golden Pear was to listen for key words and learn to lip decipher. The Irish employees at Golden Pear mean business and the will not let your indecisiveness slow them down. Unprepared, I ordered the first thing off the breakfast menu (fortunately a solid choice) and before I could even sit down, the woman who took my order was serving me my egg and cheddar cheese croissant sandwich. Fast service, fast accents, fast learning.
