For Easter, the key is that the strawberries are getting in season, are getting nice around then, so maybe for Easter, you could start with strawberry salad with whipped cream. I would also do a carrot cake-- we do a Swiss carrot cake, which tastes totally different from an American carrot cake. I have to say that about the carrot cake, because people are always astonished at how different it tastes![Photo via]
