Other details: NRDC's Ocean Team headed East for the weekend for the annual Oceans Benefit. This event supports ongoing efforts in support of ocean conservation, the protection of critical marine life, and the promotion of various oceanic restoration projects. Thanks to the efforts of groups like NRDC, ocean fisheries that were depleted now stand at the healthiest recorded levels of the last thirty years. NRDC also works to develop strategies in order to combat political obstacles related to ocean conservation.
This year's benefit took place at Moby', and guests reveled in the warm summer air all while coming together for this important cause. The night featured a silent auction, signature cocktails, and a performance by Revel in Dimes.
