Granola Bar
This homemade granola bar is low calorie, high in protein, and has a sweet crunch to it. Since the recipe makes 8 to 10 servings there will be plenty left over for the next day!
Here's what you'll need:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 medium banana
- 1 1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 3 tablespoons of raw shredded coconut
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 2 servings vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
