Spinach and Egg White Omelet
It's a perfect post-workout breakfast, and it's super easy to make! This spinach and egg white omelet will fill you up until lunch time. Serve with strawberries or blueberries on the side, and bon appetite!

- 1 1/2 cups of spinach
- 1/2 cup onion
- 4 or 5 grape tomatoes
