The most lavish new restaurant in London - and, arguably, the world - is a Greco-Roman ode to opulence from none other than Richard Caring, the billionaire hospitality guru behind flashy members' clubs like Soho House and Annabel's. It's glamorous, ridiculous, and, naturally, all over Instagram. And needless to say, the international social set is completely eating it up.
