Word Above the Street, is turning rooftop water tanks across the city into
works of art by collaborating with Ed Ruscha, Lawrence Weiner, Tony Oursley, Marilyn Minter, Carrie Mae Weems and Jay-Z.
5. Picture a room crowded with soggy hipsters sipping PBR's while craning their necks to view 376 pieces of art from just about everyone (were talking works from unknown college student artists to Damien Hirst). That my friends is what we would call
