Katie Sinnott
Using paint, drywall, light, and other materials, Katie Sinnott creates architectural spaces that she makes into an "unfolding painting." Her pieces express her craving to be inside of a drawing or painting, but still allowing the artwork itself to change through the lights and illuminations, and slight change of shadows inside the space.
In conjunction with Paul Heyer's exhibit, Sinnott's opening reception will take place this Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Night Gallery.
