Slide #2

As would befit a space dedicated to the transformative power of the arts, the evening was completely saturated with vibrant art of all kinds. With French artist Mambo live-painting in the center of the action, guests were able to take in a sea of murals, collages and visual art, both student and professional-created, some of which was also available for purchase or raffle alongside jewelry, fashion items and more. In the courtyard, Mohammed Alidu & The Bizung Family played a lively set of afropop for guests to groove to, while those seeking a full-on dance party were treated to DJ D-Styles of the world famous Invisibl Skratch Piklz spinning all night in the state of the art Rosenthal Theater. There was also plenty of genuine inspiration, as Inner-City Arts staff were on hand to give detailed tours of the facility to guests and show them firsthand where their donations were being put to use.
