The Flying Pig Truck is an eclectic mix of tacos and burgers with an origin that is hard to pinpoint. Vietnamese? Hawaiian? Both? Who really cares when you’re that hungry (and hammered)! The best items on their menu are the pork belly buns and the duck tacos. Yum!
