A T.V. Dinner For the Record Books

A T.V. Dinner For the Record Books
And now, we introduce you to question number two: What will Globes attendees be eating? Pistachio crusted pistou ravioli, porcini pine nut herb ragout, and almond crunch terrine, oh my!  After six months, the Beverly Hilton Hotel's executive chefs Suki Sugiura and pastry chef Thomas Henzi have completed the evening's global-inspired, local produce menu. We'd love to try a forkful of any of this menu's fare - and wash it down with some of the show's specially created Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2002 magnums. For more on the menu, go HERE.
