Filter Magazine's Culture Collide Festival
Where: Various Echo Park venues. (The Echo; Echoplex; The Church; Taix; 826LA). When: October 9th-12th Artists We Like: Miami Horror; Phoenix (separate ticketed event); The Raveonettes; No Joy; Plastic Plates; The Great Wilderness; Chateau Marmont. The fourth annual Filter Magazine Culture Collide Festival will be kicking off this October for four days of music madness around Echo Park. Presenting international acts from countries such as Australia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Egypt and the U.S.A., with many other countries represented, this festival is an homage to bringing the world together through the universal voice of music. A wristband for this festival gets you into the concerts held at various venues in Echo Park, a block party, and the Culture Collide Creative Summit, an exclusive two-day conference panel series featuring influential speakers from the music, entertainment and lifestyle industries.
