With the space in the theater’s forecourt running low, handprints and footprints are reserved for only the biggest of Hollywood superstars. Recent additions to the forecourt include
Arnold Schwarzenegger,
Meryl Streep and Denzel Washington. The concrete imprints are usually only reserved for people in the industry, but last year
Kobe Bryant became the second person outside of the movie industry to have handprints and footprints in the forecourt, with the first being Sid Grauman’s mother. And just a few months ago, world-famous French house DJ David Guetta
received the honor of being chosen as the first musician to be immortalized at Grauman's with a set of cement handprints.
