How you feel about the White Horse would probably come down to the following question: how do you feel about old, salty Eastern European bartenders? Make no mistake, your White Horse experience is all about Vicky, the solitary proprietor, who will greet you, serve you, and probably microwave you up some hot dogs too. Yes, the drinks (especially the beer) are overpriced, extremely red-lit, and it's a little weird that it's located on the first floor of a Best Western, but somehow it all works because of Vicky, who will regale you with stories and feed you (at no extra cost) whatever she has on hand, from chips and Oreos to the infamous hot dogs.
