New Year's Eve proved to be the perfect occasion to celebrate the opening of the SBE "lounge" chain with an event boasting a crowd that included a smattering of Hollywood with stars like Sofia Vergara, Stephen Dorff, Emile Hirsch and even some of Nazarian's old costars from "The Hills," Stephanie Pratt and Lauren Conrad.
