Other Details: The popular NYC club made its official entrée onto the Vegas nightlife scene with a New Year's Eve party hosted by Fergie. The opening of 1 OAK Las Vegas ushered guests into 2012 with performances by the BEP frontwoman and the one and only Kanye who unfortunately was not wearing a leather skirt this time.
