What: It's not as if there's ever a wrong time to go to Bouchon, Thomas Keller's beyond-delightful French Bistro and bakery. But this might be the
perfect time, as Keller, perhaps America's most decorated chef, has reached deep into his bag of tricks to deliver a gourmet twist on an L.A. favorite- chicken & waffles. Bouchon's version offers buttermilk fried chicken, bacon and chive waffles, cheddar grits, Vermont maple syrup, vanilla bean butter and
chasseur sauce. It will be available at brunch as well as dinner, and my mouth is watering just writing about it. To top it off, his bakery has prepared a variety of Easter-appropriate treats like hot cross buns and pecan clusters.
