Picca Peruvian Cantina
Picca is one of three L.A. restaurants from Peruvian chef extraordinaire, Ricardo Zarate. One of our favorites, Ceviche Criollo, is made with chunks of sea bass, choclo (dried corn), sweet potato, all in leche de tigre (“tiger’s milk”) marinade. Zarate definitely does not shy away from spices, so prepare those taste buds! [via]
