Fortified Lemonade Head bartender Steve Livigni brought experience from bars like Harvard & Stone and La Descarga to create seasonal cocktails that would complement owner Mario Del Paro's fare at Blue Cow. Together, they came up with 12 twists on classics like the Manhattan and gin and tonic. The Gin and Tonic Experiment includes Red Gin, red bell peppers, cucumbers, Martinique simple syrup, and topped with black pepper. Or try the Fortified Lemonade with Hangar One Vodka, fresh lemon juice, clover honey, orgeat syrup, and sprinkled with bee pollen. Price range $9-$12.
