5. Cupping

And now for something completely different: cupping. Sounds dirty, huh? It's a methodology used centuries ago by ancient cultures worldwide that uses heated cups placed on a person's back to pull fresh blood to the area, supposedly improving digestion and circulation. The Tao of Medicine in Santa Monica vows that this ancient method "has the function of warming and promoting the free flow of qi and blood in the meridians, dispelling cold dampness, diminishing swellings and pains." Seems pretty wack but  Jessica Simpson swears by it, so it must work. She's obviously the role model for healthy living. But she follows every cupping session with a trip to the nearest Taco Bell drive-thru so make sure you hit that up for the complete experience.
