Storm King Art Center, located one hour north of New York City in the Hudson Valley, complements its permanent installation of sculpture with a variety of special exhibitions. The exhibitions are comprised of large-scale sculptures in outdoor galleries defined by sky and landscape or loans from galleries, museums and private collectors. Current exhibitions includes Lynda Benglis: Water Sources, which includes outdoor sculptures that are centered around the outdoor water fountains that the artist has been developing since the early 80s. Another on site sculptor called Outlooks: Luke Stettner.
When: On display until mid-November, but since it’s outside, best to check out during the summer.
