Los Muros Hablan
This international arts festival run by the Puerto Rican "La Respuesta" has taken root in East Harlem. Throughout the streets of this neighborhood, you'll spot works like this piece by artist Jufe spanning brick walls and even the entire sides of multi-story buildings. "Los Muros Hablan," which means "Walls talk" in Spanish, helps us remember that art is way more meaningful when it can be shared and appreciated by an entire neighborhood.
