Rain Room at MoMA

Rain Room at MoMA
We experienced the magic that happens when art, technology, and the natural world come together to produce an innovative, interactive installation like none other. The brainchild of London-based art collective Random International, the experimental piece invited viewers—or, more accurately, participants—to take a stroll through the rain without getting wet. Carefully managed sensors were able to choreograph the remarkable feat, allowing us to simultaneously embrace and defy the environment we so often overlook. When: May 12-July 28 Where: MoMA EXPO 1 Space, West 54 Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues Go HERE for more 3D art exhibits to check out! [Photo via]
