Brooklyn Fish Camp

Brooklyn Fish Camp
The whole purpose behind going to this sister restaurant of Mary's Fish Camp in the West Village is to eat the lobster rolls with shoestring fries. A testament to its popularity is the line on the menu that reads "while supplies last." A simple idea turned into a business staple. It's made of diced-up lobster mixed in a mayonnaise-based creamy sauce and served on a hot dog bun. If they happen to be out, the Fish Camp Oyster Po Boy could work as a lunch substitute, or try the buttermilk brined monkfish for dinner. Brooklyn Fish Camp 162 Fifth Ave., Brooklyn, NY [Photo via]
