A Day In Gowanus, Brooklyn's Coolest Neighborhood

by Sadie Lebow · June 16, 2016

We hate to break it to you, but Williamsburg is passé, the East Village has been done and no one really wants to take the train to Queens. The summer months are for eating, drinking and being merry, and we're on the hunt for the best neighborhoods to spend your days off. This week, head out to Gowanus, the former industrial wasteland that is now peppered with artists, live shows, delicious bites and cheap beer.
