Bungalow 8 may be going through an interesting time right now, but it let's not forget that it used to be the BEST party on Halloween in this city for YEARS.  Rose Bar seems to have taken over as top spot for the socialite Halloween parade of characters, but Bungee is still doing it's thing, and we sent our lovely Jamie down to 27th street to see what the kids were up to this year.  It probably felt weird for the guests to spot a camera crew (which reality show this time?) filming there, at a place that was once infamous for enforcing a strict "no pictures" policy. The place had a complete makeover for the holiday.
