An African print dress, large rounded sunglasses, matching accessories and over-sized costume rings, 95 year-old Zelda Kaplan was a New York City socialite, (often partying late into the night at places like Bungalow 8), humanitarian, and a style maven. It would only seem natural that the nightlife and fashion icon would breathe her last breath front row at New York Fashion Week; she "slumped over" during the Joanna Mastroianni fashion show yesterday, and after being carried out was pronounced dead from natural causes. We take a look back at the life of a woman whose spirit will never age.
