Yes, she is the woman who has worked fearlessly to ensure that all women can have access to reproductive health services such as birth control, STD testing, emergency contraception... basically every need that is vital to a woman's health. And this year, Congress almost defunded Planned Parenthood - and Richards stood firm to make sure that didn't happen.
