We do not hear about Harlem restaurants all that often, but in 82 Mercer last night, this Uptown table was attracting quite the Soho crowd with their Fried Green Tomato BBQ Pork Belly. Red Rooster serves comfort food that touches on the hometown flavors of the area. Their menu includes Caribbean Bacon, Steamed Buns, and Steak Frites.
