West Harlem, bordering on Morningside, has changed dramatically in the last few years. New chefs are moving in and mixing soul food with new creations like wild boar, opening up a new foodie scene in Upper Manhattan. From chic Ethiopian to upscale Italian restaurants to Harlem speakeasies, the area has turned into a mixture of the young searching for hip places and the old embracing the change.
