Tokio 7: Consignment Policy
-Unsold consigned merchandise is subject to a reduction in Selling Price of 20% after 30 days and 50% after 60 days.
-Consigned merchandise unsold by the Expiration Date noted, unless reclaimed by consignor no later than 7 days following the Expiration Date, becomes the sole property of Tokio 7 without further notice and without further compensation.
-Tokio 7 retains 50% of the actual Selling Price as its Commission.
-Tokio 7 is not responsible for damage to or loss of consigned goods.
