Color Scheme

Although ballets like Jewels and The Cage featuring bright colors and violent animal prints, we're in favor of ballets with more romantic lineages: Romeo and Juliet, The Concert (or the Perils of Everybody), and anything featuring Maria Kowroski or Lauren Lovette. And, yes, of course, all Balanchine.

The color schemes for these ballets tend to be more muted: dreamy shades of dusty rose and pale periwinkle blues.
