Korilla BBQ
Korilla BBQ is a lunch/dinner truck that offers a modern spin on Korean cuisine. The food truck offers tacos, burritos, and rice bowls filled with Korean-style meats that are paired with house-made kimichi and pickled cabbage. Since the tacos can get pretty messy, opt for a chosun bowl, which has the same ingredients that are found in Korilla's tacos, but comes in a container to combat the mess.
What to order: The Porkinator - pulled pork, bacon and kimichi fired rice, kimichi slaw, kBBQ sauce, cheese, salsa, and red leaf lettuce.
