Falafel and smoothies seems like a weird combination, but why not? Husband and wife started the truck, centered on Tel Aviv street food, in 2011 and the city can’t get enough. The menu is gluten free, vegetarian and has vegan options for those with specific eating habits. A falafel sandwich with Israeli salad and a pear-mint-lemon smoothie is perfect on a hot summer day.
