Luke’s Lobster has several static locations around town, but the food truck is just as delicious for customers needing something to eat on the go. Owner Luke Holden knows his lobster, having grown up in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. The lobster is imported from Maine, and each sweet roll is packed with meat from 5 lobster claws. The truck also serves crab and shrimp rolls, and all items are under 20 bucks.
