Chia Seed Kefir Pudding [GF] [V]

Chia PuddingIf you’re not already incorporating chia into your diet, you should be. The miracle seed is loaded 150% of your RDV of Omega 3’s and 4g of fiber in every 60 calorie tbsp. Like yogurt – kefir is a great source of probiotics, making this pudding an all-around awesome way to start the day. INGREDIENTS -½ c Chia seeds -1.5 c Organic, Unsweetened Kefir -2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup to taste DIRECTIONS 1. Mix all ingredients into a sealed container or bowl with plastic wrap 2. Allow to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, overnight preferred. It will thicken the longer it stands. 3. Adjust thickness by adding almond milk or additional Kefir if desired.
