Lobster Bar NYC
Ed McFarland did not eat a lobster until he was seventeen. But after years of work at the West Village Pearl Oyster Bar he developed extensive seafood knowledge, and dreamed of creating his own New England style seafood joint with a twist. His dream came true when Ed's Lobster Bar opened in 2007, specializing in seafood with an Italian flair from McFarland's Staten Island roots. Ed's lobster rolls are elite, but his unique lobster ravioli, and lobster meatballs are what really sets him apart from the competition.
